A: For customized items, we require an advance payment before production begins, with the remaining balance payable before delivery. Tabby is available for eligible orders.

A: We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery is 7–10 business days, and express delivery is 3–5 business days (available at an additional cost).

Q: Do you deliver outside the UAE?
A: We currently do not offer direct international delivery, but we can deliver to your chosen freight forwarder.
