Lux Heaven currently delivers its products across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order placement.
Our operational hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GST).
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product type and the time of order placement.
2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the products ordered.
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Express Delivery
Express delivery aims to deliver all items within 3–5 business days from the order invoicing date.
No deliveries on Fridays or UAE public holidays.
Express delivery incurs an additional charge of AED 300.
This service is subject to sales agent confirmation.
Lux Heaven will contact the customer if delivery cannot be made within the scheduled date.
Lux Heaven will not be responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, supply chain issues).
Express delivery is available across the UAE except in the following remote areas:

4. Delivery FAQs
4.1 When will I receive my order if I place it today?
Your order will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order placement, subject to product availability and order processing time.
Operating days: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GST).
4.2 What if I’m not at home when my order is delivered?
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange a rescheduled delivery date and time. Once confirmed, your new delivery slot will be booked.
4.3 What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Before signing for your delivery, inspect the packaging for any visible damage.
If you notice damage, inform the delivery team immediately.
If you accept damaged packaging, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
