    In the product notes at checkout, add custom sizes or details (e.g., “queen 160×200, hydraulic storage, velvet #LH-V08”).

  3. Secure Checkout (No COD)
    Pay by Card (Stripe) or Bank Transfer.
    You’ll receive an order confirmation by email/WhatsApp.

  1. Mock-Up & Swatches (if customized)
    We send digital mock-ups and, when requested, fabric swatches. You approve before production.

  2. Production & QA
    Standard items: usually 5–10 business days.

  3. UAE-Wide Delivery & Assembly
    Our team schedules delivery, assembles your furniture, and removes packaging.

Option B — Order via WhatsApp

  1. Send: product name/photo, size, fabric/finish, color, deadline, delivery area.

  2. We reply with best factory price + lead time + options.

  3. Approve the mock-up (for custom builds).

  4. Pay invoice by Card (Stripe) or Bank Transfer (no COD).

  5. We produce, deliver & assemble across the UAE.

Payments (No Cash on Delivery)

  • Bank Transfer – UAE bank details provided at checkout/invoice

Delivery & Installation (UAE-Wide)

  • Timeline: Standard 5–10 business days.

  • Assembly: Included.

  • Scheduling: We confirm a 2–3 hour window before arrival.

  • Building Access: Please arrange lift access. Stair carries or additional floors may incur a small fee.

  • Remote Areas/Islands: Surcharge may apply (quoted upfront).

Warranty & After-Sales

  • 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty on structure and craftsmanship.

  • Foam, fabric, and finishes are covered against manufacturing defects per product specs.

Returns & Exchanges (Quick Summary)

  • Ready/Standard items: Eligible for exchange/return within 1 days if unused, in original packaging.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order items: Non-returnable after mock-up approval and production start (covered by warranty).

  • Color Note: Minor shade differences may occur due to screen settings and dye lots; we recommend swatches.

Measure Right (Avoid Reworks)

  • Confirm room access (door frames, elevator size, stair turns).

  • Provide bed mattress size (e.g., 160×200 cm), sofa overall width/depth, wardrobe ceiling height.

  • Send a quick floor sketch or room photo on WhatsApp for layout advice.

Q: Do you export?
A: We currently deliver within the UAE. International customers may use a freight forwarder we can deliver to your forwarder’s UAE address.
