How to Track Your Order

1) Track Online (My Account)

  1. Log in to your account → My Orders.

  2. Click your order (e.g., LHX-12345).

  3. You’ll see live status, expected dates, and delivery notes.
    Tip: If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email to view the order page.

Statuses you may see

  • Payment Received – order confirmed, materials reserved

  • Mock-Up Sent / Mock-Up Approved (for custom pieces)

  • In Production – being made in our workshop

  • Quality Check – finishing, hardware, and stitching verified

  • Ready for Delivery – we’ll contact you to schedule

  • Scheduled – date & 2–3 hour window set

  • Out for Delivery – installers en route

  • Delivered & Installed – completed


2) Track via Email

  • We send automatic updates at each step (production started, ready for delivery, scheduled, etc.).

  • Can’t find emails? Check Spam/Promotions or search for “Lux Heaven Order”.


3) Track via WhatsApp (Fastest Human Support)

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and full name:

We’ll reply with:

  • Current status & photo/video (when available)

  • Estimated completion date

  • Next available delivery slots

Response time: typically within 1–3 business hours (Sat–Thu).


Standard Timelines (Guide)

  • Ready / Standard items: 5–10 business days

  • Custom / Made-to-Order: 5–10 business days (depends on fabric/finish & workload)
    We’ll always share your earliest available delivery window once the order passes Quality Check.


Reschedule, Address Change, or Access Details

  • Need to change delivery date or address? Message us at least 24 hours before your slot.

  • Please ensure lift/elevator access. Stair carries or extra floors may incur a small fee (quoted upfront).


Can’t See Your Order?

  • Make sure you’re using the same email/phone you used at checkout.

  • For WhatsApp orders, reference your invoice number (e.g., INV-LH-2025-0012).

  • Still stuck? Send us your full name + phone + item name on WhatsApp and we’ll locate it.


Proof of Delivery & After-Sales

  • Our installers will confirm completion and share basic care tips.

  • You’ll receive a delivery confirmation message.

  • Covered by our 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty on structure/mechanisms and craftsmanship.
